Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E live-cell & Deconvolution Imaging System
Microscope: The Nikon Ti2-E imaging system is an inverted, fully motorized, large field-of-view (25 mm) wide-field fluorescence microscope equipped with state-of-the-art features for live-cell and large-tissue tile imaging and 2D & 3D deconvolution. It has 4x, 10x, 20x dry, 40x, 60x, and 100x oil objectives.
Filter Sets: It contains SPECTRA III Light Source with 390/22,440/20, 475/28, 510/25, 555/28, 575/25, 637/12 and 748/12 bandpass filters for imaging DAPI, CFP, GFP, YFP, mCherry, Cy5, Cy7 and CY5 fluorophores.
Camera: Hamamatsu ORCA-Fusion Gen-III sCMOS camera capable of 89 frames/second at full FOV. The SpectraIII can be run as a triggered device to capture fluorescence channels as fast as the camera can go.
Software and Computer: NIS-Elements Advanced Research Software Package on a HP Z4 Enhanced Imaging Workstation featuring Xeon 3.6GHz CPU, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD OSdrive and 2x2TB HDD storage.
Other Specifications: Piezo Z device for taking fast Z-stacks, Perfect Focus System and Environmental chamber with Temperature and CO2 control for long term live imaging.
