Zeiss LSM 900 with AI Sample Finder – New to BMC
BMC users now have access to a Zeiss LSM 900 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope. This new system comprises an inverted Zeiss Axio Observer microscope stand, four laser lines, two GaAsP-PMT detectors, and an AI Sample Finder that automates sample placement, focus adjustment and quick identification of the relevant sample areas and overview image acquisition. LSM 900 is easy to use, and it allows high-quality multicolor confocal imaging, especially acquiring and stitching of tiled images of samples too large to fit within the field of view.
